Sell tickets online. Validate them at the door with a phone.
Create ticket types, share the link or embed sales on your website, get paid into your own Stripe account and validate every QR at the entrance with the Questa Check-in app. All on the same platform as your event gamification.
From the first ticket to the entrance, in 4 steps.
- 1
Create your ticket types
General, VIP, student… Set the price (or free), quantity, sales window and per-order limit, in PT, EN and ES.
- 2
Share the link or embed it on your site
Every event gets a public purchase page with your branding. You can also embed it on your website with a ready-to-copy iframe.
- 3
The buyer pays and gets the QR by email
Pay by card on Stripe Checkout. Each ticket is named, with a unique QR, and each holder receives theirs directly by email.
- 4
Staff validate at the entrance
With the Questa Check-in app, staff scan the QR and see instantly whether it is valid. Each ticket gets in only once — a shared screenshot will not work.
Ticketing built for organisers, not just for selling.
Money goes straight to your account
Connect your Stripe account (new or existing, in dozens of countries). Payments land in your account and you manage your own payouts.
Your ticket price, a transparent fee
You set the price and keep all of it (minus Stripe fees). Buyers see the service fee before they pay. Free tickets carry no fee.
Secure, named tickets
Each QR is a unique, opaque code that can be used only once. Whoever buys for a group enters the name and email of each holder.
Door check-in with no equipment
Staff use their own phones (Android; iOS coming soon) with accounts limited to validation — no backoffice access. Manual check-in is available too.
Buyers are already in the gamification
Whoever buys a ticket is linked to the event and can join the app with challenges, networking and the feed. No manual attendee imports.
Sales and entries in real time
Track tickets sold, revenue, entries already validated and what is left to sell, per ticket type, in the backoffice.
Full control over the sale, down to the last detail.

The event door, on your staff’s phone.
The Questa Check-in app scans ticket QR codes, tells you immediately whether they are valid, already used or invalid, and shows who has come in. Staff see only what they need to validate — never attendees’ emails or contact details.
Available for Android. The iOS version is in App Store review.
Ticketing frequently asked questions
How does ticket selling work on Questa?
You create ticket types in the backoffice (price, quantity, dates), share the public purchase page or embed it on your site, and the buyer pays by card on Stripe. Each ticket is issued with a unique QR and emailed to its holder. At the door, staff validate the QR codes with the Questa Check-in app.
Who receives the ticket money?
The organisation. It connects its own Stripe account to Questa and payments go straight into that account, which manages its own payouts. Questa does not hold back the ticket price — it only keeps the service fee paid by the buyer.
How much does it cost to sell tickets?
The organisation sets the ticket price and receives it (minus Stripe fees). The buyer pays a service fee to Questa, shown before paying. Free tickets have no fee. Ticketing is available on the tiers and plans that include it — see pricing.
How is entry to the event validated?
With the Questa Check-in app on the staff’s phone. It scans the ticket QR and answers valid, already used, invalid or not found. Each ticket can enter only once and the check-in is validated in real time on the server, so a shared screenshot cannot get in twice. Manual check-in is also available in the backoffice.
Can I sell free tickets or several categories?
Yes. You can create several ticket types per event — paid, free, VIP, student — each with its own quantity, sales window and per-order limit.
Who issues invoices and handles VAT and refunds?
The organisation, which is the seller of the tickets to the buyer. Refunds are made in the organisation’s Stripe dashboard (ticket price only — the service fee is non-refundable) and a refunded ticket stops being valid at check-in.
Do buyers automatically get into the event app?
Yes. Whoever receives a ticket is linked to the event and, signing into the app with the same email, gets the challenges, networking and feed. You do not have to import attendees by hand.
Do I need a Stripe account to sell tickets?
Yes. You connect a new Stripe account, or the one you already have, in any country where Stripe opens accounts. Payments land there. The account is also needed to issue free tickets.
Can I embed ticket sales on my own website?
Yes. The backoffice gives you a ready-to-copy iframe with your branding and in the language you choose. The Stripe payment opens in a new window, because Stripe does not run inside iframes.
Can I see how many tickets I sold and who has come in?
Yes. The event’s tickets page shows tickets sold, revenue, validated entries and what is left to sell, per ticket type, and lets you check people in manually if an attendee’s phone fails.
