FAQ — Universities

Can we use the university's logo and colours?

Yes. You set colours and logo for any event. On the Agency plan we publish a dedicated app with the institution's name and brand in the stores, with no access key.

Is it only for freshman orientation?

No. It works for open days, academic weeks, research conferences, programme days and any event where you want participation and exploration of the space.

Is student data protected?

Yes. Data is hosted in the European Union. The institution is the data controller and Questa acts as processor under a DPA, in line with GDPR.

How much does it cost for an institution?

You pay per published event, based on the number of participants. For several orientations and events per year, the Agency plan gives unlimited events for an annual subscription.
