No. You generate one QR per booth in the backoffice and hand it to each exhibitor (printed or on screen). Visitors scan with the app — there's no setup on the exhibitor's side.
What data do exhibitors get?
The number of visitors who scanned the booth QR, over time. It's the traffic proof that justifies investment in sponsorship or floor space.
Does it work for B2B and B2C trade shows?
Both. In B2B, networking between professionals is the focus; in B2C, the booth passport with prizes maximises visits.
How does payment work?
You pay per published show, based on the expected number of visitors. For several shows per year, the Agency plan gives unlimited events.
