Does it work for one-off gatherings and year-round activity?
Both. You can create one event per gathering or a continuous event whose challenges track the association's activities for months.
Do members need to install an app?
Yes — they use the Questa app (iOS and Android) and sign in with the email they were imported with, entering the association's key. On the Agency plan you get a dedicated app with your brand, no key.
Is it accessible for associations with no technical budget?
Yes. You don't need a technical team: you set everything up via a form in the backoffice and import members by CSV or Excel. Creating and configuring is free — you only pay when you publish.
Is there a member limit?
Tiers go up to 2,000 participants per event, with an Enterprise tier with no limit for large federations or professional bodies.
